SERVICES

Our testing processes (athlete profiling) are validated by scientific literature and are strategically used to quantify an individual’s physiological characteristics, identifying conditions and disciplines in which an athlete is likely to excel, and areas where improvement may be sought. Test results provide an athlete or coach with the appropriate information to evaluate performance, quantify exercise intensity and monitor training load.


Our coaching service starts with athlete profiling, and is modelled around the provision of a periodised training program specific to an athlete’s goals and objectives. Our programs involve a range of strategies proven to enhance performance, including specific aerobic and anaerobic training, gym-based strength and conditioning, as well as periodised diet.

TESTING


Depending upon your discipline, certain physiological tests are more useful than others. Our testing services are designed to provide each athlete with specific data that can be applied to their specific discipline or physiological targets.

Each athlete gets their own personal profile which highlights their current standard, goals, and progression over time. 

Athlete profiling

*included within Entire and High Performance Coaching packages, and also as a product of lactate testing. It provides an overview / guide to how to effectively execute your training program and informs you about the purpose and importance of each session

This is an opportunity to produce an athlete profile based on physiological testing, aiming to provide scientific data to measure training zones and progression. This will include a detailed consultation going through all of the following;

This will give us an in depth analysis of your physiology, providing more accurate data to work out training and racing zones. It will also provide a better understanding of how your body will react to certain training alowing us to produce a program even more specific to your needs.

This is a great opportunity to get lab based testing at a fraction of the price.

COACHING

Our coaching process begins with identifying the specific needs of the athlete, preliminary testing and athlete profiling. Following this a consultation will occur to ensure that the program is fit to your specific profile and life demands, and ensure an implementation and evaluation of short- to long-term objectives.


We utilise TrainingPeaks to provide a portal for athlete-coach interaction. The TrainingPeaks platform enables the dynamic implementation of a training program, which is accessible via web or mobile device. TrainingPeaks software is used to plan, track, and analyse the training of each athlete.

 

As the amount of contact varies seasonally, we do not limit you to one phone call or email per week. We understand that your needs are dynamic.

We will not compromise on the level of attention to detail and personalisation. In order to ensure each individual achieves their desired program we provide one plan that is all-encompassing, with no additional costs. 

 

ENTIRE PROGRAM

£200 / Month

This program is targeted toward an athlete who seeks the best out of themselves and wishes to achieve their optimal performance in specific long term training and racing / event objectives. This program is the most comprehensive program offered by ENTIRE and encompasses all our knowledge of exercise prescription, training adaptation and equipment technology. This program includes:

  • Athlete Profiling

  • Lactate Testing

  • Consultation

  • Follow up testing 

  • Weekly training program

  • Training performance feedback

  • Race performance analysis

  • Closed Group communications

  • Training Peaks Account

  • Video Analysis

  • Sports Nutrition advice 

  • Strength and conditioning

  • Unlimited Coach Contact

  • Program Revision

  • Adaptive Plan 

MONTHLY FEE

(minimum 3 months)

Adaptive plan: Allows the athlete to put their coaching on hold for any period of time up to 3 months, after which a start up fee will be necessary to reacquire baseline data

HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

£150 / Month

This program is similar to the ENTIRE Program however less coach contact is included. This program targets recreational and competitive athletes that desire a 1 on 1 coaching experience with a customised training program. This program includes:

  • Athlete Profiling

  • Consultation

  • Monthly training program

  • Training performance feedback

  • Race performance analysis

  • Closed Group communications

  • Training Peaks Account

  • Coach Contact

  • Program Revision

MONTHLY FEE

(minimum 3 months)

TARGET EVENT PROGRAM

£100 / Month

This program is for the athlete that doesn't desire a 1 on 1 coaching experience but would like a custom program developed specifically for an event.

Typically this program consists of a 12 to 16 week periodised program that targets a specific event. The program is developed and delivered through Training Peaks allowing for a fully customised and trackable periodised training plan.
