PRIVACY POLICY

The aim of a privacy policy is that it acts as part of a consent form, sets out how ENTIRE uses and protects any personal information that you provide us. ENTIRE is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. 

 

This policy is effective from 01/06/2019 . 

 

WHY AND WHAT WE COLLECT: 

We collect your personal data as you provide the consent to do so and this then enables the provision of an individualised nutrition and dietetic service for you. The information that you provide and consent to share is then utilised both pre-and during the assessment. 

 

 

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION GATHERED: ​

The information gathered is required to ensure that the professional clinical record keeping of individuals information is up to date. Additional fro the sharing of information with relevant health care professionals to ensure best practice is fulfilled for the individual. 

SECURITY

The committed however is to ensure that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, encrypted electronic systems and standard operating procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect are in place. 

Controlling your personal information 

None of your information will be used for distribution, selling or leasing your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
