If you have scheduling conflicts, please put in your availability on Training peaks and we can account for it in the plan - the further in advance the better.
You will have a premium account which enables you to move sessions around. Feel free to move sessions to suit your week, following the rules in the information above.
If you have extra sessions and they aren’t labelled, please comment or title them appropriately title and / or comment what they are.
Please comment on your sessions if there is anything to report on: how it felt, hard, easy, tired etc. It helps us build a better picture.
